Individual Training

30 minute Session – $25.00

60 minute Session – $50.00

Small Group Training

2 People – $20.00 per person

3 People – $15.00 per person

4 People – $12.00 per person

5+ People – $10.00 per person

All small group sessions are 50-60 minutes in duration and have a commitment of 10 sessions.
