Class Schedule


Zumba - A fusion of hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves that creates a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. The routines feature interval training sessions, where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.
Boot Camp – Get ready to have some fun, push yourself, and burn more calories than you ever would on your own! Boot Camp will improve your fitness level with interval training. There will be cardio, plyometrics, and body sculpting exercise stations to increase muscular strength, endurance and tone. Free weights, bands, stability balls, steps and lots of fun will be used in this class.
Yoga - Improve strength, flexibility and balance in a relaxed atmosphere. Class is designed for all levels of fitness, and will improve performance in all aspects of fitness.
Pure Pump - A barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises, all choreographed to music.
HipHop into Spring w/Abs- Ready to work your abs with some HipHop? We will hop like the Easter Bunny and work on our hips and bikini ready abs. We promise that you will have lots of fun!!!
Kickboxing - Kickboxing is a fun cardio workout that will work both your upper and lower body. Not only is it fun, but it is also a great stress reliever! Using bags and boxing gloves (needed for class), you will strengthen and tone your arms and legs while your abs get a constant workout. The intensity level can be adjusted to suit any fitness level. Limited quantities of boxing gloves are available for sale at the front desk.
Indoor Cycling - A traditional cycling class that will have you sweating. During these times, the cycling class will have an instructor motivating you and encouraging your efforts along the way. The unique indoor cycling bikes by Trixter allow the rider to utilize their upper body as well, and are great for interval training.
Body Basics - This class is designed for the person looking to do basic exercises for their body in a group setting. Light weights, tubing and bodyweight exercises will be performed during this 30 minute class.
Pilates - This is an exercise system that is focused on building strength without bulk, improving flexibility and agility, and helping to prevent injury.
HardBody - This class is similar to the Pure Pump class; however, this class consists of more body weight exercises and bands. The instructors will throw in a couple of surprise exercises as well.

Trixter classes will now be offered on request.  If you want to use the trixter DVD’s, please ask at the front desk and we will start the simulation for you.
